Welcome to this mindfulness meditation to help you find your path and trust your intuition. This meditation will last five minutes. I will mind the time and when we are finished, you will hear me ring a soft bell.
Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position and close your eyes. Begin by taking a deep breath in and as you exhale, let go of any tension in your body, allowing yourself to fully relax.
Bring your attention to your breath. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale. Imagine roots extending from your body, anchoring you firmly to the earth. These roots represent your connection to the present moment, to your inner wisdom, and to the vast possibilities that lie ahead.
Now slowly bring your awareness to your body. Starting from the top of your head, gently scan downwards. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort. With each breath, imagine releasing that tension.
Continue to move your attention down through your forehead, your eyes, your jaw, your neck.
shoulders, arms, chest, stomach, hips, legs, and to your feet. Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed with each passing moment.
Imagine now a soft warm light glowing in the center of your chest just above your heart.
This light represents your inner guidance, your true self, and the wisdom that has always been within you.
See this light growing brighter with each breath, filling your entire being with warmth, love, and trust.
As you focus on this light, silently affirm to yourself, I trust in my ability to find my path. I am guided by my inner wisdom and I trust the journey ahead.
Visualize yourself standing at the beginning of a beautiful path. The path is surrounded by nature, filled with trees, flowers, and sounds of birds.
As you take your first step onto this path, notice how it feels under your feet. Solid, supportive, and inviting. Solid, supportive, and inviting.
With each step you take, feel a deep sense of confidence and trust growing within you. This is your path, uniquely yours. Trust that it is unfolding perfectly for you, even if you cannot see the entire journey ahead. You are exactly where you need to be.
As you continue walking along the path, you might encounter symbols, signs, or even a guide who appears to offer you wisdom. If you do, take a moment to listen or observe what they have to share. Know that this guidance comes from your own inner wisdom, from the deep knowing within you that you are on the right path.
When you feel ready, begin to gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Feel the surface beneath you, hear the sounds around you, and take a deep breath in. As you exhale, know that the trust you've cultivated in yourself and your path remains within you.
When you're ready, slowly open your eyes, carrying with you a deep sense of trust in yourself and your ability to navigate your journey with wisdom and confidence.
